Hot Thai Dream

Recipe:
80 ml. Coconut water with mango Foco
1 pc of vanilla zephyr
40 ml. of pineapple juice
2 tsp. of vanilla syrup

!!!Recommendation for vanilla syrup preparation:

Two parts of boiled sugar syrup in proportion to 1 part of water is the best juice for some kinds of flavor syrup (vanilla, rosemary, cinnamon). The main methods of soaking this kind of flavor syrup is hot soaking (boiling) the process of soaking is under the room temperature; cold soaking is in refrigerator. Cut longitudinally the vanilla bean,proportion: 1 vanilla bean per 700 ml of sugar syrup using preferred methods mentioned above.
When using the first method you will get rich and deep taste of vanilla. When using the second method - you will open the smooth taste of vanilla. The third method will give you sophisticated and delicate vanilla note which are different from the two above mentioned methods.

Cooking:
Cut zephyr on the cubes, mix with all ingredients, heat and pour it in a glass for hot beverages.

Additionally:
If you use the large volume dishes, you need to expand the quantity of ingredients proportionally.

Accompaniment:
Additional plate with flavoured caramelized crumbs on berries with party picks together.
You can add a pot of honey in this composition, or toasted pineapple chips and zephyr, this composition served on a tray with green decorative components (flowers statice). Powdered by ground cinnamon the glass of drink.
